Wrinkles Remedies

.Get a hunk of raw beeswax and some olive oil. Carve off a small chunk of beeswax with a knife and put it into a glass jar. Microwave it for about three to four minutes until it's melted. Use pot holders when you remove it and be very, very careful...melted beeswax on your skin would burn you badly. Add about twice the amount of olive oil as melted beeswax. At this point, I put in drops of lavender essential oil to make it smell nice, but it's not necessary. Once it dries, test the consistency. If it's too hard and sticky, remelt and add more olive oil. If it's too thin and greasy, remelt and add a little more beeswax. When you get it to feel like a creamy balm, pour it into little tins or glass jars. To use it, I either put it in a lip balm tube or I scrape some up with my fingernail, and before I go to bed, I rub it liberally all around my eyes, on the crease between my brows and on my lips...sometimes even over my throat and hands. I've been doing this for about 10 years, am 39 years old and have not a single wrinkle or an eye bag. Warning...it does make a bit of a mess, so use old spoons and jars, or use wooden shish kebab skewers to stir with.

.Always make sure you are drinking enough water so your skin is plumped from the inside. Get enough sleep. Protect your skin from the sun and wind. Don't rub your skin - pat it gently. Keep your skin clean, but don't over do it. If you can, sleep on your back.

.Eat lots of nuts and seeds. They contain essential fatty acids (you know, the Omega lot) and especially the seeds contain materials that are needed to sustain a new life.

.Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the marks with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water.

.Use a natural or organic oil - coconut oil is excellent and regularly massage with a quite strong, vigorous motion (at night as makes face flushed). It's the key to it working! Skin clinics might tell you to massage gently .Initially, skin has to adjust & if soreness, or reactions happen - stop & resume when you can. Find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Keep up a massage routine(not as vigorous) after that & will continue improving. Skin will naturally moisterize. Only unhealthy skins need all those OTC treatments.

.You need to start from the inside in this case. Eating salmon, nuts, fish, green tea and anything with a lot of anti oxidants and omega fatty acids has been proven to reduce wrinkles, complexion, etc. There are certain foods (starchy, sugars, etc) that will prematurely produce wrinkles rapidly.

.Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the face with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water.

.Virgin coconut oil will keep your skin young-looking.It strengthens connective tissues so wrinkles and sagging of the skin is prevented. Dead cells on the outer surface of the skin are removed, making your skin glow.

.Smear honey on your face and leave it for as long as possible (but 5-10mins a day will do). then rinse off with tepid water mixed with a teaspoon of cider vinegar - this has a neutral pH and will act as a toner.
