Hangover Remedies

1.Drink lots of water and take some Tylenol. Cells get dehydrated.

2.Take one shot of whiskey and a hot shower. The whiskey will dull the headache, and the shower, Also drink some juice. Hypoglycemia, dehydration, acetaminophen intoxication, and vitamin B12.

3.Eat pickles, milk does the trick,coffee with a bit of lemon-juice will treat any head-ache.

4.Take a multivitamin,eat some mixed nuts.Then drink water and take another multivitamin when waking up.

5.Bananas,make a banana milkshake sweetened with honey. The banana helps calm the stomach, and with the honey, builds up the depleted blood sugar levels. The milk soothes the stomach and rehydrate your system. Bananas are also rich in the important electrolytes, magnesium and potassium, which are severely depleted during heavy drinking.

6.Resting as much you can. Eat pasta, bread, rice.
