1. Lotion with aloe or Shea /Cocoa butter.
2.Aloe Vera Gel, especially refrigerated cold works very well.
3.Dabbing vinegar help the pain go away. Lots of lotion after you get it cooled down.
If you have access to an aloe plant, split the leaf and scoop out the slimy gel and apply liberally.Cold compresses to cool it off would be be my first line of defense and then go from there.
4.Noxzema or standard cold cream. Takes the 'hot' feeling away.
5.Vinegar works well. Also, compresses of milk can help, too. The higher percentage of fat the better. Take ibuprofen for pain and swelling and a couple of benedryl will help with the itching and helps you sleep.
6.Mix natural (sugar free) yogurt, or milk with pure honey and smear that on. The honey alone will do wonders. Aloe Vera will help, but make sure the label doesn't have alcohol as one of it's ingredients. Drink a lot of water, avoid caffeine (makes you more sensitive to pain), and try chamomile tea foe the pain
7.Lavender and/or geranium oil in olive oil will help a lot. It gets rid of the pain, soothes the skin and relieves the redness
(inflammation). My advice would be to avoid any place that allows damage to your skin.
8.MAYONNAISE works well. and the oil in it help moisturize it. Best time to put it on is before bed.
