Carve off a small chunk of beeswax with a knife and put it into a glass jar. Microwave it for about three to four minutes until it's melted. Use pot holders when you remove it and be very, very careful...melted beeswax on your skin would burn you badly. Add about twice the amount of olive oil as melted beeswax. At this point, I put in drops of lavender essential oil to make it smell nice, but it's not necessary. Once it dries, test the consistency. If it's too hard and sticky, remelt and add more olive oil. If it's too thin and greasy, remelt and add a little more beeswax. When you get it to feel like a creamy balm, pour it into little tins or glass jars. To use it, I either put it in a lip balm tube or I scrape some up with my fingernail, and before I go to bed, I rub it liberally all around my eyes, on the crease between my brows and on my lips...sometimes even over my throat and hands. I've been doing this for about 10 years, am 39 years old and have not a single wrinkle or an eye bag. Warning...it does make a bit of a mess, so use old spoons and jars, or use wooden shish kebab skewers to stir with.

2.Always make sure you are drinking enough water so your skin is plumped from the inside. Get enough sleep. Protect your skin from the sun and wind. Don't rub your skin - pat it gently. Keep your skin clean, but don't over do it. If you can, sleep on your back.

3.Eat lots of nuts and seeds. They contain essential fatty acids (you know, the Omega lot) and especially the seeds contain materials that are needed to sustain a new life.

4.Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the marks with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water.

5.Use a natural or organic oil - coconut oil is excellent and regularly massage with a quite strong, vigorous motion (at night as makes face flushed). It's the key to it working! Skin clinics might tell you to massage gently .Initially, skin has to adjust & if soreness, or reactions happen - stop & resume when you can. Find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Keep up a massage routine(not as vigorous) after that & will continue improving. Skin will naturally moisterize. Only unhealthy skins need all those OTC treatments.

6.You need to start from the inside in this case. Eating salmon, nuts, fish, green tea and anything with a lot of anti oxidants and omega fatty acids has been proven to reduce wrinkles, complexion, etc. There are certain foods (starchy, sugars, etc) that will prematurely produce wrinkles rapidly.

7.Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the face with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water.

8.Virgin coconut oil will keep your skin young-looking.It strengthens connective tissues so wrinkles and sagging of the skin is prevented. Dead cells on the outer surface of the skin are removed, making your skin glow.

9.Smear honey on your face and leave it for as long as possible (but 5-10mins a day will do). then rinse off with tepid water mixed with a teaspoon of cider vinegar - this has a neutral pH and will act as a toner.

10. (This is a good one ) An oatmeal paste. Get a couple pinches fo Oatmeal, enough water to cover it , micro it for 15 secs, apply to face when cooled. Allow to dry (about 15 min.) and rub off with fingers.

Headache Remedies

1.Soak a cotton ball in arrack (forehead width), and put it on the forehead, lie with it for 30 minutes in a dark room. Lotion with aloe or Shea /Cocoa butter.

2.Aloe Vera Gel, especially refrigerated cold works very well.

3.Dabbing vinegar help the pain go away. Lots of lotion after you get it cooled down.
If you have access to an aloe plant, split the leaf and scoop out the slimy gel and apply liberally.Cold compresses to cool it off would be be my first line of defense and then go from there.

4.Noxzema or standard cold cream. Takes the 'hot' feeling away.

5.Vinegar works well. Also, compresses of milk can help, too. The higher percentage of fat the better. Take ibuprofen for pain and swelling and a couple of benedryl will help with the itching and helps you sleep.

6.Mix natural (sugar free) yogurt, or milk with pure honey and smear that on. The honey alone will do wonders. Aloe Vera will help, but make sure the label doesn't have alcohol as one of it's ingredients. Drink a lot of water, avoid caffeine (makes you more sensitive to pain), and try chamomile tea foe the pain

7.Lavender and/or geranium oil in olive oil will help a lot. It gets rid of the pain, soothes the skin and relieves the redness
(inflammation). My advice would be to avoid any place that allows damage to your skin.

8.MAYONNAISE works well. and the oil in it help moisturize it. I've realized that soap is probably the worst thing that can be used. The soap washes away 'natural oil' and the skin will then try to replace it and therefore cause excess grease and spots.Using as hot as possible water also helps on some types of skin. 2.Sometimes acne is caused by your diet.Eating healthy help produce less breakouts.During every shower, some people use Head & Shoulders Dry Scape care shampoo and after the shower, clean your pores with rubbing alcohol. Some moisturizer after the cleaning helps too.

3.Wash the face twice daily with a tea of calendula officialism, · Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice with 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on the pimples and wash it after 20 minutes with warm water. Repeat for two weeks, · Use aloe Vera juice on the pimples morning and night for as long as necessary (perhaps five months or longer). · Make orange peel paste by grinding it in some water. Apply on and around pimples. · Rub garlic on and around pimples.

5.Beta Carotene capsules!!! Better than oxy, clearisil, prescriptions, etc. Take three 25,000 iu beta carotene capsules with water when you wake up, and three before you go to bed. Clears up skin within weeks. Skin will no longer be oily. Rarely will you break out.

6.Apply fresh mint juice every night to treat acne and pimples as this is a good home remedy for acne

7.Put warm to hot rags on your face to open up your pores. Then apply lemon juice to your face. After you leave it on there for a few minutes make sure you rinse it off. Its gonna tickle and feel like its burning, but it works.

8.(Acne Scars), Apply cocoa butter twice a day to the scars. If going outside don't apply it because the sun might burn the skin. Work Well!!!

9.Apply a thin layer of Milk of Magnesia with a cotton ball 3 to 4 times a week, let it dry and then remove with a warm cloth before applying your normal cosmetics in the morning. It also reduces redness and inflammation associated with acne. Also, Apply a dab of good ole Listerine Mouthwash to the area of 'small pimples' at night and usually by morning the spot is clear. It doesn't irritate the surrounding skin either. : D The herbal extracts and alcohol in Listerine that are supposed to “kill germs by millions on contact” are useful in helping your blemishes heal.

10. Stop touching your face! Quit picking at that zit and don't even think about popping that pimple. You transfer oils and dirt and bacteria from your hands to your face when you touch it, only adding to your problem. Make sure you wash your hands before washing your face with them two. 2. Wash your face. You can wash gently twice a day if you'd like, but let your skin have a break sometimes too. That's the most basic of plans. If that fails you have three options: 1. Try Pro Active, when your acne clears up stop using it, you'll only be damaging your skin. 2. Talk to your doctor about getting an antibiotic for your skin, if your acne is caused by bacteria, that's far more foolproof than any face wash 3. You can try birth control, which is known to clear up skin because it controls the hormones that cause oil and clogged pores and all that stuff.
